Prepare for medical appointments
Please refer to this page to install the medical examination application “M3 Digical Smart Medical Certificate” and set up registration of our clinic's information, insurance card and payment information.
Make a medical appointments
You will use the M3 Digical Smart Consultation App to make an appointment for the date and time of your choice.
After making an appointment, you will receive an invitation to complete an online medical interview, which must be completed before your consultation.
Medical Treatment
The doctor will examine the patient at the time of the appointment.
The doctor will call you.
*The call may take up to 15 minutes due to other medical treatment.
Appropriate instructions, treatment and prescriptions will be given according to the symptoms.

You can make an appointment using the M3 Digical Smart Consultation Ticket App(English &Chinese).
Please register your insurance card (beneficiary card) and payment information in advance.
A medical questionnaire will be sent to you after your appointment is completed.
If you send it ahead of time, the waiting time will be shorter.
